Once Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson were at church together in Hamburg they realized they could not go to the other side. Ashley was just 17 and hadn't had any type of romantic relationship and went through everything slowly. It was romance at first sight. Andrew wanted God to bless him on New Year's Eve, just prior to 2016, to give him one more blessing for 2016. Andrew wanted Ashley to say yes. Ashley was determined to create a wedding with a folk woodland theme. This would truly represent her and Andrew. The couple incorporated a bit of everything they love for the big day. The wedding venue was the 40 acres back of land Ashley was raised on. Ashley enjoyed playing and exploring throughout the entire land, even the paths they walked in order to reach it. Andrew and Ashley have also visited the location many times before they started dating. The bride and groom took on the bulk of the DIY work which is why personalizing it is essential. Ashley designed and painted some of the decorations, and Andrew and Ashley's father designed the seating area and the ceremony arch. Ashley states that the wedding would not have taken place if Anna her florist from Magnolia Belle Floral, hadn't done her amazing floral work for us, the wedding could have lacked the magic I was hoping it could. truly breathtaking.
